AVELRISSE BRANDS LTD currently delivers exclusively to addresses within Australia.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on all Australian orders.

Estimated delivery

Estimated delivery time to Australia is 6–10 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery estimates may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

International fulfilment

Orders may be dispatched directly from our international fulfilment partners in China. Items from the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages.

Tracking

When tracking is available, tracking details will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Customers can also review order information through their store account.

Delivery address

Please check the delivery address carefully before placing an order. If a correction is required, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been dispatched.
